License Terms

The JPEG XS Patent Pool allows one-stop-shop access to essential JPEG XS patents at Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory royalty rates. 

The JPEG XS Patent Portfolio License (JPEG XS PPL) offered by Vectis IP grants a license under all essential patents owned and licensable by Licensors or their affiliates for certain products and services that conforms to the ISO/IEC 21122 (JPEG XS) Standard in compliance with the Light, Main & High Profiles. It is anticipated that JPEG XS PPL may be updated later to include more profiles of the JPEG XS standard.
